Once again the ADJA supported education for DJs by supporting the 2015 DJExpo.  It was a great show.  Tons of exhibitors & plenty of networking for everyone.The Expo was put on by Testa Communications.  They did a tremendous job.  This was their 25th anniversary as the first & longest running DJ show in the Americas. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. It was great to meet so many members & colleagues at The 2015 DJExpo.  We will see you there is 2016

The ADJA is pleased to announce it’s support for the Foundation of NACE event on July 13th 2015 in Baltimore, MD.  The ADJA, who is one of the longest running partners with NACE, recently was awarded the Business Partner of The Year is once again a participating partner at the NACE National Experience conference.  This year The ADJA will take off all the chains to throw down the most killer party for the Foundation of NACE.  The Foundation of NACE is the fundraising arm of NACE that provides educational scholorships for members.  The goal this year is to raise the roof off the joint & increase donations by 50%.  To aid in this effort the ADJA has taken the lead in planning & organizing the entertainment for this event. This year will celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Foundation of NACE, so we are going back in time to throw the biggest 80’s party ever. It will be beyond epic is how Dr. Drax describes it.  ADJA members of the Phoenix Chapter, Curtis Whipple & Dr. Drax will be there spinning a dueling DJ set as well as many local ADJA members helping on the event crew.  We are thrilled to once again be a part of the NACE Experience.

Once again the ADJA will be a major sponsor of the ARMDJs regional conference in Greenville, TN.  This is an excellent regional conference with excellent content.  If your in the area, drop on by.  Check it out at ARMDJs.com

The ADJA has been invited to be a part of a panel discussion at SXSW in Austin this year on March 18th. This will be a great opportunity to get our message out to event planners from all over the nation says Dr. Drax, ADJA President.

Once again the ADJA will represent DJs at Midwest DJs Live.  ADJA continues it’s long history of supporting DJ education everywhere it can be found.  The ADJA will be represented by the awesome Chicago ADJA members with ADJA members Mitch Taylor, Peter Merkle, & KC Kokoruz along with Chris Evans from the Las Vegas DJ Show & ADJA Social Media Advisor Andy Ebon.  We support DJ Education EVERYWHERE.

The ADJA will once again represent DJs at the 2015 edition of WeddingWire World held Mar 16-18 in Washington DC.  We are excited to ba a part of this event.  Just one more way that the ADJA represents DJs everywhere.  As the largest trade association for DJs the ADJA was the natural choice for a partner for Wedding Wire’s Education Alley.

Glendale Arizona – January 29, 2015:  After last year’s superior educational content, conference organizer set their sights on an even higher level. To that end, Michael Buffer, the most recognized “Sports & Entertainment Announcer” in the world, will deliver the conference keynote.

The American Disc Jockey Association is the largest disc jockey organization in the United States. In addition to supporting members and local chapters, the ADJA also publishes an online magazine known as The Current Audition.

The ADJA hosts the Las Vegas DJ Show, annually. This year’s show will be held at Planet Hollywood, August 31, 2015 – September 2, 2015.

The annual Las Vegas DJ Show hosted by the ADJA happened this past week and once again has grown in attendance numbers, paid workshops, and seminar content making it the largest national DJ conference hosted by a DJ related trade association.

The ADJA once again exhibited at DJ Expo in Atlantic City hosted by Testa Communication’s DJ Times Magazine. The ADJA has supported and exhibited at DJ Expo longer than any other trade organization in our industry.  At the DJ Expo the ADJA introduced attendees to it’s newest addition, The WED Guild.  In July the ADJA acquired the WED Guild & the credential Wedding Entertainment Director.  Now the ADJA has expanded it’s list of certifications & credentials for DJs.  Every Mobile DJ in the wedding event business should seek to earn the credential Wedding Entertainment Director..
